Welcome Aboard Family!
Keep It Simple is the best advice I've been given since, "Don't Drink And go To Meetings !" And I like to pass it on. I am very grateful to have 12 steps and 12 traditions in my life. I hope that you are too. I live in Tennessee and I am a very grateful member of Alcoholics Anonymous. I try my best to not take myself too seriously. It's time to stop beating ourselves down and to start building ourselves up!

Thanks for joining in and sharing.. I totally agree 100%! Keeping it simple is for the best. I've often heard that its and "easy program for complicated people" and isn't that the truth. "I" as an alcoholic can turn a mole hill into a mountain very easily... I tend to over think things and it works to both extremes, but if I can take a few minutes outa my day to remind myself who's really in charge and "start over", keeping it simple is the easiest way to maintain my sobriety.
